Ordered Turf and soil on Monday for 24h delivery , Scheduled work in my garden on the day of the delivery . Wasted all day waiting and waiting no contact what so ever no delivery , no contact
made contact with customer service and they apology and send my delivery for next day plus extra bag of fertilizer free of charge as a apology .
Got message in the next day that delivery will be 1-3pm cool left my work but the came early and drop off evrything at front of my home but again mess instead of 25 rolls they drop 19 ! , so cant finish my garden
They left invoice in my letter box for 25!! called driver no response
absolutely incompetent .
If you looking for fast reliable company this place should be avoided !
